ANIMATION/VIDEO
A music video! The
Bedroom Philosopher presents a tale of kidnap by aliens
resembling "a cross between Gumby, Bjork and Richie Benaud".
Whimsical, TV-obsessed folk music ensues. This version is
a large (70mb) QuickTime. See the YouTube version here.
It's taken five years for me to make a new animated
Christmas card, but you better bet it's worth it. Assuming
you like obscure in-jokes and taking the piss out of Michael
Leunig.
Inspired by Tony
Martin's suggestion for the title of the inevitable Beaconsfield
telemovie. Starring Mr. Flig as Todd, Mr. Flig as Brant, and
Richard Carleton and Eddie McGuire as themselves.
Wayne. Bronson. Chan. Stallone. Norris. These
are action stars. Here is one more. His seven-part adventure
will blow you away.
Metal reigns in this "Herman, The Legal
Labrador"-themed music video featuring Herman, Nintendo
Herman, Boxy 3D Dragon and more! Performed by Australia's
second-hardest rocking heavy metal band, Metzengerstein.
This movie was filmed with a mobile phone for
a weird little contest. Two men lose their zucchini and all
hell breaks loose.
Do you hate art films? This is the art film
for you. It makes no sense whatsoever, but it's only forty
seconds long.
A cute little doggie uncovers murder, conspiracy,
perjury, pizza and bad poetry on a quest to prove his client
innocent in the Supreme Court.
"He's an inspiration to us all"
-- Chris Stenton
It's the greatest movie you'll ever see. The
Australian Office of Film & Literature Classification
says so.
Titles sequence for 'The
Panel'
A 45-second animated titles sequence I did for
the end of The Panel's
2003 season. There's two versions: the one that aired
and the one that didn't.
Squid and feta fight in a guy's stomach on New
Year's Eve. It's toilet humor, done in the nicest possible
way. No, really.
"Tasteful"

Civil disobedience has never been so lame. Three
guys run around the city doing pointless, destructive things
in the name of social protest. This short documentary has
BAM'd Australia -- let it BAM you, too.
Be warned: once you choose to enter the insane
domain of the humping brain, you may never be the same again.
Apologies to Curtis Mayfield.
A little timewasting is a good thing when you're
wasting time interacting with Jammy The Culture-Jamming Ice
Cream Cone!
Here's the tinkly little e-greeting that subscribers
to the Nakedfella Newsletter received over the 2000 holiday
season.
A tragic tale. Drugs, debauchery and backgammon
you regret the morning after. Powerful stuff.
It was topical for a couple weeks in 2000, but
not any more. So here it is! You control director Kevin Smith
as he pokes a stupid TV executive in the eye. Fun for a minute,
or even two!
LAST CENTURY'S DETRITUS
A cute little instrumental music video-type
thing which caps off the Lo Budget Indie Partay series.
Here 'tis: the Flash toon that may or may not
have played in film fests from Philadelphia to Korea.
A twenty-part Flash cartoon series which appeared
on this site from late 1998 - early 2000. Slightly humorous.
It's Nakedfella's Happy Holidays missive for
'99, in the form of a much-needed public service message.
